We do advise all customers to read the care and maintenance information included with our products to avoid the possibility of damage due to inappropriate use. In circumstances such as these we are unable to offer a refund or provide replacement goods. We're not a completeley faceless corporate enterprise however, and we'll do our best to help you out where we can.
In the extremely unlikely event of faulty goods being delivered we ask that customers contact us immediately by email or telephone. Faulty goods will be replaced by us and return postage costs incurred will be refunded in addition to the provision of replacement goods or refund of original costs including postage.
