For deliveries within the UK we currently use DPD couriers or, for smaller items, Royal Mail. For Scottish Highlands and Islands we usually use Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
UK Service: Goods should be delivered within around 5 working days of receipt of your Order Confirmation. This is an outside estimate. Usually goods will arrive well before this but there is no guarantee. If your order is urgent you should mention this in the customer message box when checking out and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
For deliveries outside of the EU we currently use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or an alternative courier such as UPS or TNT.
International Service: Goods should be delivered within 7 working days of receipt of your Order Confirmation. Once again, we should re-iterate that this is an estimate only but we will do our best to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that, on arrival, shipped goods may attract local import taxes.
