We offer a full money back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. All that we ask is that you return the goods to us unused within 14 days and we will refund your money in full (excluding postage). This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If you do have a complaint you should contact us immediately so that we may attempt to resolve the problem. You may telephone or fax us on +44 (0)117 942 5353 or email us at complaints@hammocks.co.uk. We do endeavour to respond to complaints promptly and within five working days.

We do advise all customers to read any care and maintenance information included with our products to avoid the possibility of damage due to inappropriate use. In circumstances such as these we are unable to offer a refund or provide replacement goods. In the case of faulty goods being delivered we ask that customers contact us immediately by email, telephone, fax or letter. Faulty goods will be replaced by us and return postage costs incurred will be refunded in addition to the provision of replacement goods or refund of original costs including postage.

Information is collected by us at the time of ordering and is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. This information is for our use only and will not be transferred to any third party without obtaining your consent.

We attempt to ensure that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at: privacy@hammocks.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

During your visit to our site we use "cookies" which are stored on your browser. These cookies have a short finite life and may only be accessed by us or yourself. This is the normal means by which information is transferred between different pages within individual websites. On our site no sensitive information is stored in cookies originating outside of the secure webspace. It is usually possible to modify your browser to prevent cookies from being stored, however this will also prevent you from being able to order on-line and from accessing certain parts of our website.

We do not adhere to the practice of sending out vast amounts of "spam" or "junk mail". We may contact you in the future to let you know about developments at our website, new products that may be of interest to you, special offers, etc., but these mailings will be infrequent. We will not contact you by e-mail if you have removed your name from our database. You may do this by clicking on the link that appears on your Order Confirmation or emails that we send you in the future.
