If you'd like to contact us you can telephone, email or fill in the online enquiry form. We're not fans of the "press button 1, press button 2, pillar to post" kind of answering service and do try be as personable as possible. We're based in Bristol, UK and are always on hand to help with a query.
How To Contact Us
The Mexican Hammock Company (Hamacas Mexicanas) has been working with rural villages in southern Mexico since 1983. We do exhibit at many events in Europe during the summer months, however our main business is online and via mail order and we are open throughout the whole year.
If for any reason you are unable to order or enquire via our website you are invited to contact us via email, telephone or post using the details below. You can also visit our premises in Bristol (Monday to Friday only), however, we do ask that you contact us beforehand so that we can ensure that someone is on hand to assist you.

The Mexican Hammock Company helps to support hundreds of weavers and their families in rural Mexico. We are authenticated by Ethical Junction, SafeBuy and Shopsafe and were awarded Which? Web Trader status by the Consumers' Association in 1999.
We continue to adhere to the same rigorous trading code of practice today and are committed to both fairtrade and the pursuance of ethical lifestyles.
