This site is safe and secure. The Online Order Form where your details are entered resides on our own secure server, access to which is encrypted via our own GeoTrust certificate. Data in this area is secure and not accessible by unauthorised persons. A secure connection may be identified by the prefix https:// in place of the normal http:// in the Address Bar of your browser.

After ordering, your details remain on our secure server until they are examined by us over a secure connection. Transaction details are then immediately deleted permanently from the secure server. At no time are your details available for inspection by any unauthorised person.

The online order form may also be printed out and posted to us quoting your credit card details or enclosing a cheque or postal order payable to 'The Mexican Hammock Company'. With a cheque, we will need to confirm that the cheque has cleared prior to dispatching the order. Forms or written orders may be posted to us at:

The payment options above are also available to overseas customers. In the case of credit card payments, your card will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling and your card issuer will convert this to your local currency when billing you.

In the case of a bank transfer from a bank outside of the UK you should also ensure that all charges are paid at your end.

In addition to the above payment methods you may also pay by International Money Order which should be made out in UK Pounds Sterling payable to 'The Mexican Hammock Company'.

Unfortunately we do not accept Eurocheques or cheques made out in currencies other than UK Pounds Sterling due to excessive charges made by UK banks when crediting this type of payment.
